Schraer came out to diagnose my hvac system that stopped working. Of course its like 30 degrees or less weather. It was a very old system & I figured I'd have to get it replaced. Chris was so great for the service call. He made every step seamless & explained everything so I could understand it. He was so personable & I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell. They even brought me space heaters to keep me warm while I wait for the installation. Its definitely an investment for my home & will hopefully save money on utilities. Im looking forward to having my new system & having them maintenance it. Loving the 12 year warranty also. Thank you Schraer!

Caleb did a great job performing a maintenance check on both of my units. Discovered a problem on my heat pump. Diagnosed & ordered a part. Currently waiting on arrival of part & repair.
